มฟล. จัดกิจกรรมนำเสนอผลการใช้สื่อการสอนภาษาไทย ปี 7 ยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษา แก้ปัญหาอ่านไม่ออกเขียนไม่ได้ในพื้นที่ อ.เชียงของ จ.เชียงราย

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดยศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ร่วมกับสำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ จัด “โครงการพัฒนาครูเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาทางด้านภาษาไทย ปี 7: กิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลการใช้สื่อและการประเมินผลการนำสื่อไปใช้” เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 26 กันยายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมน้ำโขงริเวอร์ไซด์ อำเภอเชียงของ จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.)   

โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นกิจกรรมต่อเนื่องจากการอบรมการผลิตสื่อการสอนและการบูรณาการใช้สื่อในชั้นเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านและสะกดคำ เมื่อวันที่ 29 - 30 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นครูผู้สอนภาษาไทยจาก 24 โรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 ได้แก่ โรงเรียนจำไฮบ้านเหล่า, โรงเรียนบ้านก๊อ, โรงเรียนบ้านเกี่ยงใต้, โรงเรียนบ้านเชียงเคี่ยน (คณาราษฎร์บำรุง), โรงเรียนบ้านดอนไชย, โรงเรียนบ้านดอนแยง, โรงเรียนบ้านต้นเขืองโจ้โก้สามัคคี, โรงเรียนบ้านทุ่งโห้ง, โรงเรียนบ้านบ่อแสง, โรงเรียนบ้านปล้องตลาด, โรงเรียนบ้านปล้องใต้, โรงเรียนบ้านป่าตึงงาม, โรงเรียนบ้านป่าม่วง, โรงเรียนบ้านม่อนป่ายาง, โรงเรียนบ้านแม่ต่ำกลาง, โรงเรียนบ้านเวียงหวาย, โรงเรียนบ้านสันทรายมูล, โรงเรียนบ้านหนองบัวคำ, โรงเรียนบ้านหนองเสา, โรงเรียนบ้านห้วยก้างราษฎร์วิทยา, โรงเรียนบ้านใหม่โชคชัย, โรงเรียนสันชุม (สหราษฎร์บำรุง), โรงเรียนสันทรายงามวิทยา และโรงเรียนสันสะลึกวิทยา ซึ่งครูผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้นำสื่อการสอนภาษาไทยที่ผลิตขึ้นไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาการอ่านไม่ออกเขียนไม่ได้ของผู้เรียนในชั้นเรียนจริง พร้อมนำผลสัมฤทธิ์จากการใช้สื่อมานำเสนอและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน   

สำหรับบรรยากาศการดำเนินงาน ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลการใช้สื่อการสอนภาษาไทยเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านและสะกดคำของครูผู้สอนเป็นรายบุคคล พร้อมรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาสื่อการสอนจากคณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา แซ่ลิ่ม, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิสันต์ สุขวิสิทธิ์, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์พรรณวดี รัตนศักดิ์, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุทธา รัตนศักดิ์, อาจารย์ ดร.ธีระ บุษบกแก้ว และอาจารย์จิตรลดาวรรณ ศรีสุนทรไท   

ทั้งนี้ หลังจากกิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลงานดังกล่าว จะมีการลงพื้นที่ติดตามและประเมินผลการนำสื่อไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชั้นเรียนจริงอีกครั้ง โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างศึกษานิเทศก์ สพป.เชียงราย เขต 4 และอาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อให้คำแนะนำและสะท้อนผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ อันจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความต่อเนื่องและยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยในระดับชั้นเรียนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

MFU Hosts Presentation of Thai Language Instructional Media Results Year 7 to Elevate Educational Quality and Address Literacy Issues in Chiang Khong District, Chiang Rai Province

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through The Center for Academic Services in collaboration with the School of Liberal Arts, organized the “Thai Language Teacher Development Project for Educational Quality Enhancement Year 7: Instructional Media Results Presentation and Evaluation” on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Namkhong Riverside Hotel, Chiang Khong District, Chiang Rai Province. The project received financial support from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).

This initiative serves as a follow-up activity to the training workshop on "Instructional Media Production and Classroom Integration for Reading and Spelling Skill Development," conducted on August 29–30, 2026. The target group comprised Thai language educators from 24 schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, including: Jam Hai Baan Laot School, Baan Kor School, Baan Kiang Tai School, Baan Chiang Khian (Khanarat Bamrung) School, Baan Don Chai School, Baan Don Yaeng School, Baan Ton Khueang Jokoh Samakkhi School, Baan Thung Hong School, Baan Bo Saeng School, Baan Plong Talat School, Baan Plong Tai School, Baan Pa Tueng Ngam School, Baan Pa Muang School, Baan Mon Pa Yang School, Baan Mae Tam Klang School, Baan Wiang Wai School, Baan San Sai Mun School, Baan Nong Bua Kham School, Baan Nong Sao School, Baan Huai Kang Raat Witthaya School, Baan Mai Chok Chai School, San Chum (Saharatsa Bamrung) School, San Sai Ngam Witthaya School, and San Saluek Witthaya School. Participating teachers applied their custom-produced Thai learning materials to directly resolve student literacy and spelling issues in real classroom settings, subsequently presenting their achievement outcomes and exchanging practical experiences.

The event featured individual presentations by teachers highlighting the practical outcomes of integrating instructional media to develop students' reading and spelling skills. Participants received constructive feedback and recommendations for media enhancement from a panel of academic experts from MFU's School of Liberal Arts, comprising Dr. Suchitra Saelim, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wisan Sukwisit, Asst. Prof. Phanwadee Rattanasak, Asst. Prof. Suttha Rattanasak, Dr. Teera Busabokkeaw, and Lecturer Chitladawan Srisoontornthai.

Following the presentation session, joint field visits will be conducted to follow up and evaluate classroom implementation. This collaborative effort between educational supervisors from the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 and MFU academic experts aims to provide ongoing mentorship and pedagogical reflection, ensuring sustained continuity and enhancing the practical efficiency of Thai language instruction at the classroom level.
